Congress Consensus uses publicly available financial disclosure information, including official U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate Periodic Transaction Reports.
Congress Consensus is independent of the lawmakers, companies and securities appearing in the model.

No issuer, lawmaker or company pays to be included in the Congress Consensus model.
If Congress Consensus, its operator or any person involved in producing the model has a material financial interest in a security covered by a publication, that interest will be disclosed where required.
